Ghulam film is a 1998 Indian Hindi gangster drama movie, directer Vikram Bhatt, and starring Aamir Khan, Rani Mukerji and Deepak Tijori in the lead roles. It is a remake of Vishesh Films' first production Kabzaa 1988, starring Sanjay Dutt,in turn inspired by Elia Kazan's On the Waterfront 1954.
Ghulam did well at the box office and was declared a 'Super Hit'.The song Aati Kya Khandala, sung by Aamir Khan and Alka Yagnik, was a chart-buster and trendsetter. The movie was remade in Tamil in 2000 as Sudhandhiram.
