The futuristic sports action movie Ganapath: A Hero is Born will be released in Hindi and was directed by Vikas Bahl. Jackky Bhagnani, Vashu Bhagnani, and Deepshikha Deshmukh will be collaborating on the production as part of Pooja Entertainment.

Tiger Shroff, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kriti Sanon all appear together him in the starring role.

After being announced in November 2020, the movie went through a protracted, difficult pre-production phase. Starting shooting in November 2021 and completed in February 2023, main shooting was shot in Mumbai, Ladakh, and the United Kingdom. It is the country's first futuristic movie.

It is said to have a 200 crore budget. Ganapath: : A Hero is Born Part 1 was supposed to release in December 2022, but that date was changed. It will now finally release in theaters on October 20, 2023, which also happens to be Dussehra.

Pre-Production

The movie, to be directed by Vikas Bahl and starring Tiger Shroff, was announced by Pooja Entertainment on November 6, 2020.

Film Shooting

In the UK, main shooting began on November 6, 2021. The final shooting was done in Ladakh in May 2022, while some extra movie scenes were shot there in February 2023.

Release

This film initially planned to be release date on Christmas Eve on December 23, 2022, however that date was later changed. The movie will now get a Hindi theatrical release on October 20, 2023, during Dussehra, along with dubs in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.

Karan Nath

Karan Nath is an Indian actor who primarily works in the Bollywood film industry. He was born on May 24, 1983, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Karan comes from a family with a film background. His father, Rakesh Nath, is a film producer, and his mother, Reema Nath, is a film actress.

Karan Nath made his acting debut at a young age in the year 1995 with the film "Mrityudand," directed by Prakash Jha. However, he gained recognition and popularity with his second film, "Yeh Dil Aashiqanaa" (2002), directed by Kuku Kohli. The movie was a romantic drama and showcased Karan in the lead role opposite Jividha Sharma. His performance was well-received, and he earned praise for his dance sequences in the film.

Following the success of "Yeh Dil Aashiqanaa," Karan Nath appeared in several other Bollywood films, including "Tumse Milke... Wrong Number" (2003), "Sssshhh..." (2003), "LOC Kargil" (2003), and "Raqeeb" (2007). While some of these movies received a moderate response at the box office, Karan's performances were appreciated by the audience.

However, despite his initial success, Karan Nath faced a career slump and struggled to establish himself as a leading actor in the industry. He took a break from acting and made a comeback after a long hiatus. In 2012, he appeared in the film "Guns of Banaras" directed by Shekkhar Suri.

Apart from acting, Karan Nath has also produced and directed a few films. He made his directorial debut with the movie "Yeh Dil Sun Raha Hai" in 2015. He also produced the film "Shaadi Abhi Baaki Hai" in 2017.

After finalizing Ranbir Kapoor's casting, film announcement along with other details of the film on 6 May 2018,Sanjay Dutt was confirmed to be the main antagonist character of the film, and his casting was announced on 10 May.

After few days, Vaani Kapoor's casting was announced, set to play a "desirable and sought-after travelling performer from the Indian heartland." On 4 December 2018, several days after film shooting had started, Ronit Roy announced his confirm casting on his Twitter page.

This film movie shooting started on 1 December 2018, with shooting expected to complete by mid-2019. A Big fort for the film was built at Film City, Goregaon, requiring two months of preparation and the effort of nearly 300 workers. Reliance Entertainment & Vibri Media hosted an event in September 2017 to announce the film along with the entire former team that won the Cricket World Cup in 1983. The cast and their roles were announced in February 2019. Amiya Dev, the daughter of Kapil Dev, joined as an assistant to the director, Kabir Khan. 

Mali Marshall was cast to play his father, West Indies fast bowler Malcolm Marshall. Film Composer Pritam joined to create an iconic anthem for the film.Deepika Padukone joined the cast as Kapil Dev's wife, Romi Bhatia, while also co-producing the film. Tamil actor Jiiva was signed to play Krishnamachari Srikkanth, marking his Hindi debut.

Film 83 Training : 

In the first week of April 2019 at a camp at Dharamshala Cricket Stadium, the cast trained at cricket with former cricketers Balwinder Sandhu and Yashpal Sharma. Ranveer Singh was learning the game from Kapil Dev before the start of shooting in June.

Film Shooting :

Director Kabir Khan announced that the major shooting of the film would start in England in May 2019. The cast of '83 flew to London on 28 May.

Film Shooting started on 5 June at locations in Glasgow, Dulwich college in London, Edinburgh cricket club, Nevill Ground at Royal Tunbridge Wells in Kent and The Oval cricket ground. Khan stated, "Now that it's going on the floors, starting with the Glasgow schedule, everyone's excited to recreate a journey that made history, all thanks to our cricketing heroes of the '83 team." In mid-June, Deepika Padukone joined film team in Glasgow for her part of shooting.The three-month schedule of the film in London was finished on 1 September.

Dil Bechara is an upcoming Bollywood Hindi coming of age romantic comedy film directer is Mukesh Chhabra and producer is Fox Star Studios. It is based on author John Green's 2012 novel The Fault in Our Stars, which was also adapted in film as The Fault in Our Stars (2014). The film starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi in the main roles, and music composer is A. R. Rahman.Casting Director Mukesh Chhabra will make his debut as director with the film. The first look poster of the film was released on 9 July 2018 which featured the back of the two leads sitting atop a bus with an oxygen cylinder next to them. Sushant Singh shared the poster via his Twitter handle.

In October 2017, casting director Mukesh Chhabra will make his directorial debut with the remake of The Fault In Our Stars, starring Sushant Singh Rajput. In March, 2018, it was announced that A. R. Rahman will compose the film's music. It was followed by the announcement of the lead actress, debutant Sanjana Sanghi. The film's shooting started on 9 July 2018 under the working title of Kizie aur Manny in Jamshedpur. The music rights of this film has been acquired by Sony Music India. On 18 October 2018 Fox Star Studios suspended director Mukesh Chhabra from his services following sexual harassment allegations against him. On 29 August 2018, Farah Khan was shooting a song with Sushant Singh Rajput in the film. It was also reported that a song and few scenes would be shot in Paris as a part of film's last schedule. Mukesh Chhabra returned to the service after getting clean chit on #Metoo allegations from ICC.

In February 2019, the title of the movie was officially changed to "Dil Bechara". This new title of the film has been drawn from the lyrics penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya & composed by Rahman for one of the tracks of the film, as the makers felt that this title embodied the theme of the movie perfectly.

This film's name was announced on Social Media Twitter as - Good News. It is Dosanjh's first film under the banner of Dharma Productions.

Film Shooting :

 

Film Shooting started in December 2018, with Dosanjh and Advani filming their scenes. Akshay and Kareena started film shooting in January and announced it by posting on Instagram. During a recent interview and in a Twitter post, Akshay said about Kareena, "We are extremely fond of each other. Bebo and Lolo tease me about the amount of money I’m making and I tease them about having a flat in every building in Bandra. That’s our fun banter.”' Anjana Sukhani of Golmaal fame joined the cast to essay an important role, which was revealed to be that of Akshay's sister. The film shooting was finished in the first week of April 2019.
