Tumsa Nahin Dekha : A Love Story is a 2004 Indian bollywood musical romance film directer by Anurag Bose, producer by Mukesh Bhatt, writter by Subodh Chopra and starring Emraan Hashmi and Diya Mirza in lead roles with Sharat Saxena, Surekha Sikri, Uday Tikekar, Atul Parchure and Anupam Kher in supporting roles. It was released on 24 September 2004. It is the third film of Emraan Hashmi's career and also his second unsuccessful one, after his flop debut film Footpath.
The film Music composer is A.R. Rahman while lyrics writer is Javed Akhtar but the Ghazal songs lyrics adapted from traditional poems of famous poets.
The Rahman introduced a singer Sujata Bhattacharya, who later renamed herself as Madhushree. An additional song “Habibi” was featured in the movie but was not released in cassettes or CDs.

This film reviews are mostly positive from critics, However Box office wise not able to Get success.
Critics reviews :
Taran Adarsh from Bollywood Hungama gave 1 star from 5 star and stated that "The screenplay could've been more cohesive. The film tends to drag at places, it even tends to get boring after a point. There are several unwanted sequences and tracks in the film. A.R. Rahman's music is plain mediocre. But the biggest drawback is its climax. Director Khalid Mohamed has handled several individualistic sequences with flourish, but is letdown by his own script. Santosh Sivan's cinematography is outstanding. Dialogues are realistic. TEHZEEB film belongs to Shabana Azmi and Urmila Matondkar jointly. Arjun Rampal is a revelation. Dia Mirza hams throughout. Overall TEHZEEB lacks the power to captivate, mesmerise and enthral the viewer, courtesy a weak script. At the box-office, the film caters to a niche audience, the intelligentsia/gentry/pseudo critics which might appreciate it, but an overall acceptance is ruled out. The business prospects at select multiplexes of metros will be better, but that's not saying much!"
Seema Pant From rediff.com on film reviewing appreciates the makers by stated that "Urmila, Shabana excel in Tehzeeb,Shabana Azmi as Rukhsana is exceptional. Tehzeeb is all about feelings. 'Real emotions,' as the lady sitting next to me said. The director says he picked moments from Shabana and his life and adapted the story of Autumn Sonata to Indian tastes. He succeeds and has his audiences' attention through the film. They laugh and cry with the characters in the film. They sympathise with Tehzeeb and are waiting for her to give vent to her feelings. The film is about a singer but, strangely, it could have done without these songs."
