Ek Phool Teen Kante is a 1997 Indian Bollywood film directer Is Anup Malik and producer Deven Tanna. It stars Vikas Bhalla and Monica Bedi in pivotal roles. It was released on 29 August 1997.
Anand (Chunky Pandey) is a small-time con artist. He has fallen in love with a rich and wealthy girl, Shikha Oberoi (Rituparna Sengupta ).
Shikha also has fallen in love with Anand, but her parents want her to marry Amit Mehra (Inder Kumar). On Amit's arrival, Anand tries to influence him by force to abandon any thoughts of Shikha, but he is unsuccessful.
Amit, on a chance meeting with Sanam (Monica Bedi), falls in love with her. But Sanam does not appreciate him. The family's elders ask the youngsters to go for military training with a very strict and intimidating trainer, Kadak K. Pillay (Johnny Lever), with hopes that this will straighten them. Will they get their love is the climax of the film.

Kaala Samrajya film Story:
Mob boss Kaalkeshwar Singh (Amrish Puri) has a problem with a associate mobster who wants to expand his own group of influence. During a conflict, Albert (Deepak Shirke) tries to shoot Kaalkeshwar, but at the end time Arjun saved the Kaalkeshwar Singh, while Albert is himself killed.
Kaalkeshwar appreciate the arjun and asks to spend good time on his luxurious Bunglow. He found that Arjun's girlfriend, Maria (Mahru Sheikh), had then killed herself due to shame after having been molested by Albert. Kaalkeshwar helps Arjun for Her death to take revenged.
Kaalkeshwar introduces Ajun to his wife, Monica (Monica Bedi), she is mostly subdued and submissive to Kaalkeshwar.
