Judwaa film is a 1997 Indian Hindi action comedy movie, directer Is David Dhawan, producer Sajid Nadiadwala and starring Salman Khan in a double role opposite Karisma Kapoor and Rambha. 

Released on 7 February 1997, the film was successful at the box office. The film was a remake of the Telugu film Hello Brother 1994.Judwaa was the first collaboration between David Dhawan and Salman Khan.

Story of the film:

The story revolves around twin brothers, Raja and Prem, who are separated at birth after their father is killed by a smuggler, Charles. Raja is raised by a fisherman and grows up to be a street-smart tapori (thug), while Prem is raised by a wealthy businessman and grows up to be a sophisticated and educated man.

As fate would have it, the twins cross paths and chaos ensues as they try to reunite with their respective love interests, Mala and Roopa, who are identical twins as well. Along the way, they also have to deal with Charles, who is still up to his illegal activities.

The film features several hit songs, including "Tan Tana Tan" and "Oonchi Hai Building," which are still popular among fans. "Judwaa" was a major commercial success and helped establish Salman Khan as a bankable star in the 90s.
