Inteha is a Bollywood film released on 24 October 2003. It was producer by Mukesh Bhatt and directer by Vikram Bhatt, and stars Ashmit Patel, Vidya Malvade and Nauheed Cyrusi.
It is inspired by the Hollywood film Fear. It marked a debut film for Ashmit Patel. 3 months after the release of this movie, another movie directer by Vikram Bhatt titled Aetbaar was released and that too was based on the Hollywood film Fear.

Story of the film
After their father passed away, Nandini leaves the flashing lights of Mumbai and moves to the hill town of Koti, which is actually Ooty, to take care of her younger sister Tina. Tina is a spoiled child who hates her older sister because, in her opinion, she interferes and shouldn't be involved. Tina learns that a young, attractive stranger who seems to be really fascinated with her is watching her and taking pictures of her. When she finally has a chance to talk to him, she is immediately drawn to his frightening appearance. Nandini sows discord as Tina and Ranbir discover passion.
Since we don't know anything about the stranger's past, she doesn't trust him. To please Tina, she makes an effort to get to know him better. Then comes the twist: a murder in a hotel persuades Nandini that not everything about the beauty is as it seems. She starts to find evidence of Ranbir's troubled past.
Tina rejects Nandini's claims about Ranbir's true identity as she draws closer to learning it. Ranbir threatens Nandini till she is forced to apologise for calling the police and report him. S-O-R-R-Y. Nandini has no control. particularly if her life is at danger. She finally hands everything over to her younger sister and appears to leave the city. She truly looks for additional information about Ranbir.
Review of the film
On the overall, INTEHA had more negatives than positives, according to Taran Adarsh of IndiaFM, who scored the movie 1 out of 5 stars. Due to fierce competition from other films during its first week of release and a lack of marketing support, INTEHA will have a difficult time surviving at the box office. lower than normal.
"With thrillers, the key is getting all the ingredients right," observed Anita Bora of Rediff.com. Otherwise, it becomes a bit ridiculous. Unfortunately, Inteha suffers in that area. There isn't much left to the viewer's imagination outside a few minor shocks. In the end, Inteha cannot be saved by either the respectable music or the admirable effort of its performers.
