The film leading stars cast are Mithun Chakraborty and Jackie Shroff as thieves and their conflict between each other regarding their goals while Gulshan Grover,Kiran Kumar,Mink Singh,Altaf Raja,Sneha,Ashish Vidyarthi,Prem Chopra are in Supporting role.
This is the Third Film in Which Jackie Shroff and Mithun Chakraborty work Together, Earlier They worked in Shatranja film and Shapath Film.
When the film was launched it was named "Harfan Maula" then changed to "Underworld" at one point and Finally "Yamraaj" was officially named.
