Zulm-O-Sitam is a 1998 Hindi film starring Arjun Sarja, Madhoo, Dharmendra & Shatrughan Sinha in lead roles. It was directer K. C. Bokadia.

Zulm-O-Sitam movie was also dubbed into Tamil as Arjuna. After Kundan (1993) and Maidan-E-Jung (1995), it was Bokadia's third project with Dharmendra. It was also his fifth with Jaya, who had previously worked with him on Aaj Ka Arjun (1990), Tyagi (1992), and Insaniyat Ke Devta (1993), in addition to Kundan and Maidan-E-Jung.

The 28 August 1998 worldwide release of Zulm-o-Sitam film was met with largely negative reviews from critics. this film unsuccessful at the box office.

Story of the film

Police Superintendent Arun (Arjun Sarja) is a dedicated, trustworthy, and hardworking police officer in Bombay. He has been given the responsibility of commanding the detail responsible for the state's chief minister's safety. The Chief Minister is killed as a result of events not going as expected. 

Arun is detained after the police discover evidence linking him to the murder. Arun insists on his innocence, but if he is, then who was actually responsible for this murder?
